Payment: We accept payment by cash, debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is due before the class begins. We offer installment plans for certain courses; please inquire with our office for details.
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 7-day cancellation policy for a full refund. Cancellations received after this timeframe will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations within 48 hours of the class start date.
Changes in Schedule: We reserve the right to change the schedule or instructor for a class with reasonable notice. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Student Conduct

Respect: We expect all students to treat instructors and classmates with respect. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to using electronic devices for non-class purposes, talking out of turn, or disrespectful language, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in dismissal from class or termination of enrollment.
Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for student success. We encourage students to attend all classes. Excessive absences (more than [number] unexcused absences) may result in dismissal from the course.
Materials: Students are responsible for bringing the required materials to class, as listed in the course syllabus.
Academic Integrity: Cheating or plagiarism will not be tolerated. Any student caught cheating or plagiarizing will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include failing the course or expulsion from Eminence Classes.
